I can't wait for the day I get to learn to drive so I can do this kind of thing
I am a new wheelchair user haven't even got my proper one yet and you have helped me so much through my journey helping me realise that I can do more than I think and to believe in myself and not give up!!!!

I've been using the Amazon controls for about 6 months. They are not amazing but will certainly allow you to drive if you need a rental or to borrow a vehicle.
Just make sure that the grips will notncomeboff the pedals.

I have permanent controls in my main truck, and they are solid. In my 4x4, I have these Amazon controls, and they work well.
I have used them for 100s of miles with no problem. Just check them now and then that everything is tight.

Great job using the drone footage! You mixed Mafialand with your informative content super well!

I thought everything was temporary? 🤣 Great vid dude. I’ve been using the temporary hand controls for 2 years so I have nothing to compare them to, but they allow me to drive sensibly to the shops. Haven’t hooned in the desert tho 😉

Great video! I have neuropathy in my feet and had to stop driving a little over a year ago. In two days I'm getting my hand controls installed in my car. I can't wait to get back on the road!

I changed to Veigel hand controls about 10 years ago and would not use anything else. I use the Classic version which mounts on the right side & to the seat bolts. They’re out of the way when getting in and out of my car and I can tilt the steering wheel down as far as it can go without hitting the hand controls. Cool video and thanks for sharing.

I use that 200 for years not Amazon brand but it looks like that. I'm a big car guy so I have multiple cars and I switch my cars pretty frequently. I don't like fixed items meaning I can switch hands. I even race with mines, I like how I can brake boost launches easier and I can have different height positions like hold wheel and grip the throttle same time or not and have it near my lap, I can sit further or closer and better reach with it and my old one Initially injured had it sat behind the wheel it did not feel good for me. Plus when I get it service or wife's drives it's completely gone for them

I’m heading to the USA for the first time in a few weeks and have hired a car to drive from Disney to Busch gardens - good to see before I go the type of hand controls I’ll probably be using. Great vid! Any time I seem to need some wheelchair user info, you have done a vid that helps! Thanks bud!

Idk if you heard of quicksticks but i tested them to 140mph and they held up. Also they held up to extremely hard braking.

I love my band controls but where I'm so short my seat is really far forward and high up so I'm always bashing my knees on it when I'm getting out or going over speed bumps 🤣

Yes those permanent hand controls you have are great. They are much safer than the "Portable" or "removable" controls. I use both for two different vehicles. The permanent hand controls you have are actually manufactured 20 mins from where I live. Great owner great company.

I have never thought to use hand controls. That sounds stupid now but it is something to consider.

Hang on to the amazon set. They're OK for test drives.

I've recently discovered your videos nad have enjoyed them. Thanks for your efforts! One question I do have is, can you drive with your feet? You seem to have quite a bit of lower-body control. I ask because I drive with my left foot due to a SCI in 1995. I've never used hand controls and was curious about your decision to use them.
