The size of the original Nano speedy size was perfect! They should have keep the size but with a detachable/adaptable strap. Tfs!

Both cute but the original Nano is cutest with a more thick round shape and tiny chaps. I have it and love it, fits my iPhone pro 12 max and then some!👍🏻

I have one HIDUPZ bag I got in 2019, it's the LV white catogram speedy. It's counter quality and it has a nice honey patina now, so the leather is real. I think whatever makes you happy go for it. I've seen LV with plastic leather and blood red glaze...

I love the original nano. That little bag is magical I remember I was putting my essentials and it just kept fitting everything like a magicians hat. I think it’s because of the way it is structured. I got the new bicolor monogram empriente leather nano in black and it is much smaller the things I was able to fit was sooo limited. But it’s beautiful I recommend the bi color empriente nano (Pictures don’t do it justice). This new canvas monogram nano is such a mishap though. The cutest thing about the original nano was that the lv sign with the mongrams was perfectly centered on the sides. Only thing I hated about the old nano was the non adjustable strap - but that’s an easy fix. You just cut it and buy an adjustable strap. And to think I was gonna sell it to get the new one. I’m so glad I didn’t .

I researched a lot after they launched the newest nano Speedy. Surprisingly for me, it's actually more like a reinvention of the first ever Mini Speedy HL produced in 1978(there's diff variations after that), I got the slightly bigger iteration that came out bet 1991-2014 a few days ago for $385(1992) she's 30yrs old! I was eyeing the new one but it's way off my budget now so I end up researching. There are so many mini Speedys all through the years before the one you refer as the 'old one' (2014-2022). The latest is just the cutest and the strap is a game changer, as a Speedy Girl yeah you must have one🥰. I am enjoying my vintage Mini Speedy and I just put a strap to it.

I'm a sucker for details so I much prefer the old version since it looks more well made. Also what annoys me the most about the new version is the fact that the leather tabs on both sides cut into the LV logo, making it looks like a counterfeit. The treated vachetta & adjustable strap are the only pro's imo. I also own the older version of nano speedy and just bought the new version of nano noe recently. I might end up cutting the strap of the nano speedy like you did, but just to cut the stitches so the strap can be reattached if I ever want to, and then use the adjustable strap from the nano noe interchangeably since my nano speedy has already patina so it's almost the same exact color now.

Original speedy nano is so much nicer and richer looking; more quality detailed and craftsmanship is better. I like the natural vachetta too with the speedy 25 strap. Smart move.

I loved the old nano speedy but couldn’t get it, I have the old nano noe but I feel the strap is slightly to long so I decided to go with the newer version speedy. My CA managed to get me one today so I’m so happy to add it to my collection. But I agree that the older one is a bit better. I feel maybe they should’ve just revamped the older version with a detachable strap and released the newer version as a different thing/name. Would also love to see it Damier ebene canvas x

I actually prefer the new nano speedy! Just got one for myself and I love it! Understated and cute! No one wants a bag that’s big anymore these days. If I can just fit my phone, that’s my perfect size!

Would you recommend the lv nano speedy as a gift for my daughter who is 18, moving to Southern California this summer? I am trying to get a feel for the street style. The speedy 20 is also very nice but she is so petite i think it may overwhelm her frame.
