Worry has been created as expressed below. (AAP Punjab filed the case in SC. )
Does SC make a new law that paves the way for caste-based agitations? States won't be able to shift accountability but to face the agitations. We are worried and anxious that the next years will witness agitations, paved way by SC by waking up a ground for a new evil, divisions, and disrespect even within SC and within ST.
SC has not taken action against the tendency of states, to violate the constitution by allowing reservations to Muslims, Christians, and other religions. These agitations will affect economic growth and harmony, leading to arrests, court cases, and sometimes violence. Anyway, a door for unrest is opened by SC' while the nations in the world have been facing several challenges.
Population control is not the SC's priority. AI technology, Robotics, and climate change have already destroyed jobs, water sources, and agricultural production. Now there is a ground to create rifts between and within castes.
