Why after years and years of talking about equality and removing gender roles, everything rightnow is talking about feminine and masculine?

More masculine energy. Then is he going to step down as CEO? zing...got em. What everyone misses is he's talking about energy. Energy. Spiritual energy. Working in tech forever, women were actually more persistent with usability and delivery of exact specs then men who would tolerate underdeveloped products. Why Facebook was always a mess of usability likely. You do not want a tech designing a user interface because they design things technical and just expect the average user to "figure it out" or they are what we called an ID-10-T issue. It is usually a woman that figures out we are secretly coding the word idiot. The only reason for this is clearly Trump and his half arse incoming administration who hates anyone who would interject, or dare I say Humanize the process, something women would naturally do, and in an Artificial Future, that's the last thing you will get.

This would maybe work if men were good leaders, decision makers, and providers & protectors, but they are not as proven to me by fifty yrs working in male dominated workplaces and observance of history both political, economic and military.

While i agree with some things, like competitiveness, i think some of these are completely arbitrary, like the association of valuing competence with masculinity.
Also what you describe at the end is basically meritocracy which again, why is this masculine? Aren't there universal values? or we're just so desperate to make this categorization that everything must be either masculine or feminine?
