not trying to be rude but the reason you dont get these to hatch very well is because sea monkeys (or what you have here, aqua dragons) are a type of brine shrimp which live in saltwater, so mabye if you bought some aquarium salt (you can find it cheap online) you could have better luck with keeping them!
