A simpler explanation: Allah encompasses all things nothing encompasses Him. Time is a creation of Allah; he is not subject o it. We cannot think outside of time and therefore cannot comprehend the essence of Allah.

My dear brothers, I am a Hindu from India. I was an atheist for quite a while in the UK, but when some of my Saudi friends showed me a few Surahs in Quran, I was mesmerized. That was how I became a theist again. No matter which God I pray to or names I chant.. I know that all my prayers go to Allah. There is only one Supreme God no matter what name you call him. We experience time because the earth goes around the sun. We have night and day. We have seasons. We go to sleep to end our day. We have a finite amount of life. We grow old. We die. We are limited. We justify our life by how much time we have. Time is a man made concept. It's relative. Life is a number of days for us not for Allah.
Allah's time is infinite. The ever living. So He is not bound by time. He is not bound by distance as that's his creation (I.e. The universe). Speed is also man made concept. A mile or a kilometre is man made. We are limited in speed as we have been created with limitations.

We have been given time to be tested with it.

Our minds are too small figure out or comprehend how Allah experiences time or if he does or doesn't. These issues we can only ponder but won't find answers in this world.
And we also don't know if there's other creation out there that are being tested as we are. If there was creation before us. Or if there will be creation after us.
Allah can say "be" and it'll be. That's my opinion. Allah knows best.

Honestly saying I just learned the main basic of quantum physics by watching this video that I didn’t even learn by watching science videos. Because I was confused by seeing those what they were trying to say. But in this video it was described and shown to us through animation.

Subhanallah.... watching this video I was sitting there so confused and facing existentialism, until the very end when it was explained that creating the universe in 6 days doesn’t necessarily mean literally that but to provide us proof and mathematical evidence of Allah’s existence and creations and to help better our understanding of our world. All I can say is mind = blown.
