I bought one from carmax and noticed no rev limit on park and was boosting close to 20 psi. I emailed trifecta and turns out it's tuned. This car is amazing 👏

I just bought a 2014. The guy i bought it from had the engine warmed over but i think it still needs tuning.

That was a very soft launch to be honest. That layout is different from the display in my 16 Premium, but I think he has it in track mode. I have heard before the throttle mapping is more aggressive off the line in Sport mode. Also note he did not build up any boost against the brakes for the run.

0-60 in 5.6 seconds. 60 to 100 in 5.7 seconds. 100 to 120 in 5.5 seconds. 11.3 seconds to 100 from a dead start. 0 to 120 performance measured 16.8 seconds. I would guess that car might trap 107 then in the 1/4 mile somewhere in the low to mid 13's is a guess.

When the engine rev swings past the rated torque peak at 3, 500 rpm the boost gauge is still at 2~3 psi? And, max boost was never reached by the time the transmission makes a 1-2 shift? The boost gauge is worthless... there is no way the actual boost level is being accurately reflected in real time.

test drove one today to replace my bmw f30 328i... it wasnt faster than my stock car :(. My little car does 0-60 in 5.3 give or take a few tenths.

impressiev what this engine is capable of with only roughly 12 psi. It moves. with 17-22 psi and bolt ons this thing would be mini rocket

I thought it should be faster? I raced a 2015 and we were almost dead even...I pulled away slightly in between shifts (he was automatic)....I hit 120 in 14.2 sec...My car does 1/4 in 12.2
Edit...my mistake...I was thinking this was the same engine in the 2015 cts v

I love mine to death but I had to watch a video of someone else accelerating to clear it up for me. These things don't enter boost very well for a twin turbo vehicle. I can nornally enter boost on most other turbo charged cars the minute I floor the gas pedal. This one doesn't seem to do anything boost wise until after 3k rpm.
