Definitely a movement agent that has a portal ability that allows their teammates to jump in and follow.

If this is the case, I can definitely see why they are all saying "this will be so disruptive" "good luck to holding sites and smokes"

Imagine Wraith's portal ability in a game like Valorant. It would be insane if it wasn't an ult.

Sounds like they made a counter for Cypher? Maybe something that can ignore trips or disable them?
