Red - Does lots of stuff. Most of it wrong, but thinks it is right.
Yellow - Does nothing worth doing.
Green - Does only what is told to do.
Blue - Does lots of stuff, Most of it right, but thinks it is all wrong, Then redoes it again and again, for minor improvements.

I took some lengthy DISC exam and I thought— naturally if I just answer honestly I’ll get a more accurate gauge on what temperament I am, I got Red more points above all else then yellow then blue in that order. And now having read the book, I definitely see how accurate it is

blue/yellow - I hate boredom and analyze the F out of a certain task to be as efficient as possible, so then I don't have to work as much and focus on fun stuff during the working hours. Using blue skills to feed into my yellow needs. And yes, I don't stay for long in a company, every 3'ish years I start working someplace entirely different. New shit to learn and master.
