Mystery Tournament 14 is an event in which players will participate in a series of matches, racing against a single opponent per round in short goals. These goals will be for games that are not revealed until moments before the race actually begins, typically with games they have never played! We'll be playing to the top 3 in this broadcast and the rest will conclude on day 2!

At 1:05:20 they're talking about Niko solving the puzzle, the solution is actually pretty obvious, you have a grid and 8 numbers. If you pair them up they're row/column.
