I have several questions about this. I am very seriously ablut to do something similar. I live near svannahh ga and it is going to get up to 80 here and is november 8th. Will that keep the deer cold enough is one question. Can i get a metal shed and use spray foam insulation? What type of floor donyou have and is it insulated?

Nice, i have an old shed i could make shift for the time being but i wanna get an easement off a barn and create a massive walk in cooler (possibillity of increasing from 60 acres to 300 acres soon or way more like 5k acres depending on my luck) I just figure more area more animals and more slaughtering. Also debating getting my pronghorn license addition next year so i can test the rumor of how good of eating it is.

AC should be at the top cause cool air settles. also i would skin the deer and hang at proper humidity. looks like you didnt track humidity
