I love how this song starts and feels different from the first op. The first one slaps but this one fits Frieren more. Those continuous notes on the guitar from the beginning are so nostalgic for some reason. The song feels personal

You gotta love hos Madhouse hasn't had a big breakthrough title since 2015 (with OPM), to the point where people were starting to write them off as a non important studio, only to give us this absolute marvel of a show. To see a 28 episode long show that's well scheduled, consistently well animated, has a great ost, pacing, direction (and more than nothing else, a style) is unheard of in this industry. However I do think most of this credit should go to the staff, because this show couldn't have been made without the amazing talent that was amassed for this project, Keiichirou Saitou is truly on his way to becoming one of the greatest anime directors of our era.

I love how the song and the visuals feel soft but also get you ready to go!

I’ve been going through a lot recently and this song (and the show in general) reminds me to take things easy and enjoy life.

I love how the op feels like a story of everyday life and nostalgia and it's not spoiling so much even though you can clearly tell what some scenes refer to. It's like, by showing just a few select scenes from the anime without context, it gives off this vibe that we're just seeing literal snippets of people's lives-- like a few select memories, and stuff. It's nice.
