This reminds me of "Rickmancing the Stone" from season 3. In both, Summer wanted to "Seize the day." Just like normal Summer, Night Summer realized that seizing the day is more than just indulging yourself. You have to deal with the more boring, normal aspects of life too, like jobs, chores, and budgets. Very boring, but necessary for survival.

Funny that Night Rick pulls out the gun and it looks like the way it solves their problems is suicide... then we see he didn't shoot them in the next scene... but he still managed to literally commit suicide with the gun.
