oh cool. We have a bunch of lion's mane here. Yea i don't eat sugar either, we have our own bees, I can get pure honey when I need it, but I dont' do it too too often.

Good stuff Alex. Vitamin D is very important for whole health. I've been taking vitamin D with K2 for several years. It helps boost the immune system and keeps you healthy. The one thing that boosts my creativity is being inspired. We all need to find things that inspire us. For me, its my son and my love for music that keeps me inspired. And, I find that I am more creative in the mornings.
