I would recommend a second channel just for VODs. Most streamers do that for algorithm purposes.

If you're going to go that route, definitely open up a VOD channel on Youtube. Disable comments if necessary. Twitch is horrible for archiving, so for anyone who wants to watch but can't catch a live stream, it's great to have other options.
