the base poses for the basic walk and run are on this google doc

you can change the arms and head to whatever you like, but i wouldn't recommend messing with the torso or legs cuz, yk, ya kinda need those to stay the same

Q: "How do I import an anim pose?"
A: Go to "Body" page 2 and tap "Animated Poses". Select a default one and press "import/export", then either copy/paste or type in the code.
