Putin claims his nuclear forces are the best in the world and they stand ready to destroy the entire Western alliance in a nuclear holocaust. Ukraine continues their successful drone strike on Russia oil depots and refineries as their air defense systems are stretched too thin. The United States sends Ukraine $300 million in military aid for the first time this year.
