2.4 GHz Radio Link Project

ENGE 460 Microwave Engineering/Applications Project

The objective of this project was to design a radio link at 2.4 GHz using binary shift keying and Manchester Encoding.

Our team consisted of the Transmitter portion of the radio link.

Components used:
Arduino Uno
-2N3904 BJT with 1k ohm resistors at each terminal
-Voltage Controlled Oscillator Module (ZX95-2755-S+)
-Power Amplifier Module (ZX60-3018G-S)
-Patch Antenna designed using Altium Designer and fabricated by Sunstone Circuits.
-Several attenuators used between the VCO and the PA
