A Fortune-500 security software provider with 12,000+ employees, Symantec turned to ServiceNow when it needed help with insights into incidents, to reduce outages, and improve their employee HR experience.

After insourcing IT operations, Symantec wanted to align IT costs with service offerings and improve IT agility.
