This attack is so perfect because he literally just stands there and lets everything happen. It’s complete apathy as he explains the inherent apathy of his ability. You chose to pursue him, now you’ll face consequences, and he doesn’t care either way. Phenomenal adaptation of a pretty underrated villain.

When Toru looks from behind the tree, the healthbars and timer vanish offscreen. He couldnt be bothered to care about the healthbars because he knows WoU will not get hit/win anyways, and he could care less about the other guy. Thats such a good detail actually
