Who can wipe the tears from your eyes, help you realize?
Who can take your burdens and cares, ready now to share?
Jesus, How awesome is His name!
Jesus, He always is the same!
Jesus my redeemer, for the lost He came!

Repeat

Many wonderful memories of getting ready for Sunday morning church and already be uplifted. My ex-husband met Keith Lancaster. My ex was in a Acappella group Barnabus. He was the bass. He liked Duane and George. I will always have great memories of you and my ex who brought me to Jesus. May God bless your ministry.

I may or may not have had chills when they showed George, Wayburn, Gary and Duane together.

Greetings from across the globe - the Philippines!

In 1989, I was 17 years old, when an American missionary family gave me cassette tapes of the albums Song In My Soul (AVB) and Sweet Fellowship (Acappella). Since then, I fell in love with a capella music.

It has been 32 years... The Lord has blessed me with the privilege to sing with and also direct various a capella singing groups. One of my favourite songs from the Sweet Fellowship album is this song (For The Lost). The message is timeless and indeed powerful!

This song was part of the soundtrack of my youth ministry days in the 90's. How this amazing tune takes me back.

And lest we forget Sacred Harp music!! First experienced in 1980's in a Baptist church in Shellman, Georgia. Sung by the congregation. It's very old and the people of both white and black churches have been singing and keeping it alive all these years😊❤❤❤

These are the wondrous VOICES of the A Cappella group I have been searching online for some time, the last few months! Ah, what blessed remembrances from the 1990s!! Only now a more rich tapestry of color has been added. Lord willing, they'll reunite to sing the many more chords of Contemporary Gospel 🎶 for us who remember, & those who'll experience your sounds anew. God bless 🙌🏽!!

The first note, and I was a ball of crying mush! 😭🙌 The familiarity of these voices that I grew up with, well, my soul knows them! It is difficult to describe. I will *never forget, * I was around 5 or 6 when my mom and grandma took me to my very first Acappella concert in Grand Junction, Colorado, and you had an instant fan! Almost all of these 40 years! These precious men of God have seen me through some sad and challenging times in my life. Thank you for your obedience and service to our Master! Please come to the Tampa Bay area! 🙏 ♥️
Edit: I just showed this video to my mom (and grandma, whose 84th birthday we'll be celebrating in a few days) and my mom pointed out one of the men and reminded me that he stayed with us in Grand Junction during one of those times you guys visited our church. What a blessing! 🙏 🙌
