2019-05-16 - What do astronauts eat in space? There is a standard menu aboard the International Space Station, but crewmembers can also add variety by requesting some of their favourite meals or foods that represent their culture. Even as a person with ASD, even I can understand the need for variety, even if just occasionally. It keeps your from going insane!
-I love that the families of the astronauts/cosmonauts can contribute thigns like meals. It helps with homesickness. And nobody knows your favorite meals like your spouses or parents! I hope the children got to help contribute, perhaps by helping to make the meals and such.
Thank you CSA for allowing your crew such special bonuses straight from home and family! I can see they appreciate it very much!

his wife's chili!!! My heart is warm❤️ my fiance was just telling me about how his co-workers are always gushing over the home made lunches that I pack for him & asking to buy them from him lol so this was perfect. Good women are in no shortage! We're just all married! 😋

I could only dream of doing this. I wish I could live a thousand life times to see how mankind explores the stars and the progress we make into the heavens.
