This is my personal recipe for making, and canning my personal fall-time treat, Apple butter! Most recipes are pretty basic, but I add my own flavor with orange. It brings all the other flavors together. I love this spicy spread on everything. PB&J sandwiches, French toast, muffins, or even an ice- cream topper. It isn’t like any other jam, or jelly. It’s in a category of delicious all it’s own.
