Moral disengagement describes the processes we use to convince ourselves, without changing our moral standards, that our actions which violate those standards are permissible.

This video uses moral disengagement to teach moral disengagement. It is couched in the terms that are merely culturally progressive rather than getting at deep universal moral principles. What a severe disappointment.
