I really don't like how they have the sand cats, they are an endangered species and shouldn't be in some pet shop, they need to be in as actuary and not a glass fish tank.

This store is amazing I agree, but this store needs to have way bigger cages.
The sand cats are rare and endangered and they aren't like normal cats so they shouldn't be in a small tank. The same with the alligator, the poor thing is living in such a tight space; it should be living in a really big aquarium because they originally live in really big swamps.
In my opinion, we shouldn't have really exotic animals in pet shops

There are so many things wrong with UG. This just proves it. Many, MANY of the animals they sell are wild caught — even the ones readily available that have been captive bred for years. Appalling.

I just bought my fattail gecko from the second store you toured. When I went to pick up him they just got the shipment of the big tortoises that roam the store now. The people there are amazing and they are really passionate about each and every animal in their store.

This video and the one before make me sad. I feel so bad for animals they treat them terribly, I don’t understand how he can just watch these poor animals being treated like this. I’m so sad cause I loved Paul so much 😢

You can't keep snakes in plastic containers like that. Snakes are only kept in containers like that for a few hours during expos or during shipping. Obviously the people running this place need to be educated.

It's sad that they have sand cats and marmosets and alligators they belong in the wild not in a plastic cage for stupid people to buy just so they look " cool "

How they're grooming the poor animals broken my heart...Monkeys want to play outside and these poor cats that are groomed in a cage...it's so sad!
The snakes can't stretch themself and the alligator hasn't enough place

That shop is terrible! Either the habitats weren't big enough or to small! You shouldn't have 2 cats in a small glass fish tank! Bloody America!
The way they handled the animals as well didn't seem at all gentle. Disgusting that in America you just walk up to a pet store and get these endangered animals... not cool. Especially keeping scorpions or snakes in a plastic food container! UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING!
