My thought would be to set the blow off pressure below the working pressure, even though the intention is to have it professionally calibrated, just in case it gets used too early. Better below than above in such circumstances.

Nice job John. Originally wouldn't that Brass nut on the top have had a lock nut with it as opposed to a grub screw which will damage the spring body thread?
