I'm Bolivian, I've never been there but lived close by until my late 20s. This is not the first time I'm watching this kind of documentaries. Nowadays, the frenzy of news about it is rising, and with the President Trump latest pull from the Paris Accord? (not sure), things are heating up even more the political arena. However, the subject that is the invariable common denominator for global warming preachers appears to be "human activity, " and the implication is that humans should not be doing "too much activity" and that would solve the problem!  BUT (a big but), what about SCIENCE, more specifically, SCIENTISTS?  Who are always striving to "innovate" our lives with continuous technological inventions? The use, misuse, and abuse of plastics for example, is one of the most insidious inventions that is chocking even our entire oceans,  yet scientists are eager to point the finger to "human(s) activity."  A great segment of scientists are like businessmen who don't care about the long term consequences of their products put on the market, as long as they're sold. Scientists who are aware of global warming, should point the finger mainly to scientists who are "improving" our lives with their discoveries.  The pharmaceutical industry, for instance, is one of the most pollutants agents of OUR ENTIRE EARTH, but since they have a good lobby representation on the governments, they get away with ALL THEIR blatant pollution. The tobacco Industry. If the WH would only KILL, LITERALLY KILL THE TOBACO INDUSTRY, it would save billions of $$ on health coverages, treatments, surgeries, you name it, and that goes for all countries around the earth. HUMANS DON'T NEED AT ALL A TOBACCO INDUSTRY AROUND. So we humans are just consumers of the scientists' products that put away in the market but we have to carry on the stigma scientists put on our shoulders just for being humans.

Not taking sides here, but isn't it true that the climate has changed in the past without human interference? Isn't it also true that glaciers have come and gone before humans even existed. To place blame is rather ignorant. Peace!
