Re the Covid Jab, I had the same issue when working with the elderly in care homes. As an independent Mental Capacity Advocate I represented the people without capacity. One client, everyone knew they very much disliked injections and would refuse it if they had capacity. When involved in a best interest decision regarding this I fought against them having it. However the care home stated that it was policy and if they didn’t have it they would have to leave the care home. I wanted to take the case to court as I was entitled to do, however upon reading all the case law on it at that point all judges were agreeing with everyone having to have it. They had already had Covid and recovered, however died shortly after having the jab. I had more clients who passed away shortly after having the jab than ever did with catching Covid.
