For those of you wondering, the Sanskrit verses in the background are the Bhavani Ashtakam composed by Adi Shankaracharya

Mother Kali is the ultimatum of everything that means each and everything and always remember nothing is stronger than her. Just share your problems with her, she will solve your problems no matter how tough those are . When you are facing darkness just remember her and fight against the dark. Jai Mata Kali 🙏❤🍀🌟

This shows the tale of Maa Kali defeating Raktbeej, a demon who was causing chaos on earth after being granted a boon by Shiva. Her motherly love couldn't bear seeing her children (creations) down on earth tormented by this Asura, Maa Parvati flew into rage and came down on dharti-lok to protect them and defeat this seemingly invincible monster, in the form of Kali. [0:01]

[0:15] As his name implies, every drop of blood spilled when attacking Raktbeej acted like a seed, and grew into more clones of him when it hit the soil, as a result of the boon he got. Each time she wounded him, more versions of him sprang up.

[0:52] But this demon still couldn't stand for long after facing the clever kali. She used her tongue as a weapon and drank his blood before it could even hit the ground. She saved everyone from this monster, but this concentrated feminine fury soon became a new problem, as her bloodlust became incontrollable.

[1:06] We see her anger materialize as extreme heat radiating from her body, when this destructive temper took over her. Making her loose control of this overflowing energy surge inside her. And this rage only grew, like a roaring fire.

[1:18] It shook the earth and terrified the people, the tension could be seen on the faces of all devas. They tried to stop her but they were no match for her divinity and power. This drove the intervention of Shiva to calm her down.

[1:40] Here you can see that only Shiva managed to interrupt her attack.
But according to the real scriptures, Shiva layed down on the battlefield, knowing that Kali would not notice who's in front of her in this state. She ignored Shiva and stepped on him while showing her tongue. This act has been depicted in many Hindu paintings and statues. But as soon as she touched him, it brought her to the realisation that she humiliated her love in blind rage. It opened her eyes and she immediately regretted it.

[1:44] They look at each other eye to eye, Shiva sees the love and guilt in her eyes, with tears pouring down her cheeks. He transitions into her, showing that they're inseparable halves of each other. Then you see her resting in his arms after he calmed her down❤

I saw many people in the comments asking about the original so here it goes- The original is named Bhavanyashtakam by The Singers of The Art of Life. That is probably the reason why Graphic India made this video private(you know, Copyright etc.) It's a lot slower and and extremely soothing. I currently use that track as my meditation background. If anyone found this comment helpful upvote so that others may find it. And if you also go on to use this in your meditation please let me know here, it'll make me feel really great that I was able to help someone.

Six years ago, I stumbled upon a video on Instagram during my first semester of college. I had just completed my 12th grade, a 19-year-old kid brimming with dreams and curiosity. But that video—oh, that video—struck a chord so deep it left me sleepless for a week. It was too intense for someone so young, so unprepared for the rawness of it all.

Time flowed, as it always does. The girl who watched that video grew up, graduated college, and stepped into the working world. Two years passed, yet the haunting intensity of that video never truly left her. It lingered, tucked away in the corners of her mind.

Today, as that girl (me)return home after writing the SNAP exam, a strange twist of fate brought it back. YouTube, in its infinite algorithms, decided to suggest that masterpiece once more. Watching it again feels like life coming full circle—a reminder of how far I've come, yet how some things remain unchanged.

I absolutely love the graphics, the stotra and everything about this video 😭💓

This video has left significant impact on me. I found it quite strange when the original one had got removed from the platform, though the video is about the victory of good upon evil.
