✈️ life update | post travel depression, moved home, i’m done

It's been a while since I've last shared any type of updates with what I've been up to and where in the world I'm in! Well, it's almost been a month since I moved back home from solo traveling across Asia and I've just been taking my sweet sweet time adjusting.

Ever since I got back home, I just needed time to process EVERYTHING that's happened over this last year being abroad. It's been such an incredible and humbling experience that sometimes it's weird being indoors versus used to being outside during most of the day!

I’m 27 Australian male, went through a break up after 6.5 years together with a girl. My parents travelled with me for one month in south east Asia Vietnam and Cambodia and than I stayed and travelled for another couple of weeks alone.

I moved home with my parents for the first time in 5 years waiting for hernia surgery now before I can work or travel again, and I can resonate with everything you are saying. It’s over whelming processing everything from a large travel and it’s a hard crash going back to regular life. Like you show in your video, step by step and taking time to do things for yourself ❤
