Показать описание
Members of the NASA Night Sky Network on May 27, 2020 heard Brandon Reddell from NASA's Johnson Space Center give us an inside look at the science taking place on the ISS.
The International Space Station is an orbiting laboratory, in which we are conducting research to help push farther into space while benefiting humans back on Earth. Commercialization of Low Earth Orbit is an enabling tenant of our national exploration goals. In this talk, Dr. Reddell will discuss why we do research on ISS, what are we learning from ISS research, and will highlight a couple of recent astrophysics results.
