Sisu Running on Raindrops - Raya and the Last Dragon (Movie Clip) [HD]

One of my favourite scenes in the movie. Simple yet beautifully animated, accompanied with a great soundtrack.

I simply adore Sisu. She's brave, kind and loyal, yet she's also touching and vulnerable. She's trustful and innocent, yet she's also wise and considerate. She's funny and playful, yet she's also always accompanied by that note of melancholy that makes her all the more adorable and soulful. Thank you, Disney, for giving birth to such a beautiful character. The music is perfect too.

This is proof that Disney doesn't need songs in every moment of the movie when it does. Simply with a soundtrack and beautiful animation a jewel comes out. 0:55 this was my favorite scene, the Sisu's face says all.

I love that for once, there is a film with a south-eastern dragon in it. Usually you see fierce dragons with wings and breathing fire (like GoT). But Sisu shows us how dragons can also be beautiful and gentle. Asian dragons symbolize water and life-giving.

Idk why, but this didn’t feel like a Disney movie. Definitely not in a bad way though. It was like an upgrade in my opinion. The magic of it all reminded me of dreamworks. Someone pointed out this movie doesn’t have singing and I’m glad. I think singing would’ve taken away from a lot of the movie. This scene in particular is my favorite. And don’t get me wrong, I love singing in Disney movies! But I’m glad this movie didn’t have songs.

Please tell me I'm not the only one who cries over this scene? The first time I seen this scene I started bawling, considering all the characters have lost people they have dear to them, this scene showed all of them together as a family dynamic. And to top it off, sisu running so free and the music! James Newton Howard has done it again. This has to be my favorite scene in this film!

Every thing about this scene is just spectacular, I personally thought the movie itself was fine but watching this scene filled me with pure unadulterated joy when I first saw it. Plus having the dragon literally run on raindrops is a inspired choice!

I loved RATLD, but I wish we could have a whole film just like this scene. No humans, just Sisu and her fellow dragons being the majestic creatures they are.

Everytime I looked at the rainbow after rain, it reminds me of my childhood...my mom told me the rainbow is dragon who is drinking water from a lake, and we cannot pinpoint the rainbow with our finger..from that moment I always fantasized that I could see dragons jumping/flying from clouds to clouds..but it never happen, because dragon never exist...but now, thank you Disney😢..you make my fantasy becomes reality..I can see them now...I m Southeast asian, I love your movie

If you haven’t seen this movie yet and you’re trying to decide if it’s for you or not, I promise you it’s for you. I’ve never been more impressed by an animated movie. It’s stunning, exciting, emotional, sophisticated, and most importantly nor here to shove anything down our throats. Just good solid story telling.

I think its so unique and beautiful how Sisu and the rest of the dragons fly. Who would've thought to run on raindrops? Its so beautiful to watch the litte raindrop formations turn purple and melt as she steps on each one flying through the air and how she glides with speed and grace. This whole scene is so lovely and well done.
