Logan did technically die, exactly as Yukio saw it happen (or will happen). But he was simply revived. This happens in real life too, btw. In many dangerous surgeries, patients die, but the surgeons revive the patients to continue to save them. I heard from one surgeon that his patient died 3 times on his table in his 18 hr surgery.

People give the writers too much credit. Ya’ll really think the death with his daughter was planned since this? In the scene where he actually removes the parasite she tells Logan she also saw him die in a room like the one they were in. And well… last I checked the woods aren’t a “room”. They’re the f*cking woods

Am I the only person who's upset that the writers used the revised timeline following Days of Future Past in the weirdest way...and retcon this cool version of Yukio out and gave her name to a mutant who could have easily been Surge, an actual X-Men character who was Japanese (real name Noriko) with electric powers?
