Ukrainians pay up to $2 billion a year to avoid being sent to fight Russia
Men of military service age in Ukraine pay up to US$2 billion a year to avoid being sent to the Ukrainian conflict zone of hostilities, said Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament) deputy Dmitri Nataluja.
"The black market to avoid military service, whose annual volume varies between US$700 million and US$2 billion [around R$3.9 and R$11.2 billion] per year, is the most accurate estimate", declared Nataluja in a video published by the television channel TSN.

But unlike the weapon Ukraine if video was real about a weapon in the water that kills..is it possible the weapon is being used to sterilize the water and beach from ecoli and not a weapon? Here in the United States Black skin people got scared invited to ponds and lakes and oceans. And asked is it okay to swim and picnic with mixed race. As for asking is a octopus lying being there are rivers of fresh water as it enters it then back to bottom of ocean and can it live in rivers and caves and lakes like a aquarium with those salt blocks entering mud or rock tunnels and caves and whirlpools or banks of lake and can brown people zap people? Right! That is a catfish and can get big as a full size brown man near dams and does have the ability to sting you if hold or step on the smaller ones. But in every region of dry land octopus fossils have been found. By mankind or storm floods if mankind did not maintenance or hold waters back and yes travels skating thru flood waters and tunnels thru the United States with ocean water in sand and mud or into ponds. Same as polar bears popping thru dessert floor with ocean like they do in ice and brings everything into the hole and environment to munch on them sealing entrance with sand. Stay away from them. Catfish and snapping turtles travel by birds into ponds. Swim shoes and life vest or a note on fridge if swim alone landlord will find if missing or something happens! And know where you were. As far as if a octopus is doing the same thing and really fresh water and steam in those caves tempered or semi size grabbing you..wow that's worth investigating! Now in black or brown water human eaters can be under water even in ocean in many colours scuba gear fishing for humans with hooks thru ankle and drag you away unseen in those colour waters or dolphine colour and pull you in caves or tunnels or banks and eat you like sushi even in the water with hundreds unseen. Plus upon land can pull you thru sand or mud tunnels and caves dragging you to a den and bbq you..which is why all scout illegal smoke stacks puffing in air if reports missing or fell thru ground or old pig out with spears or gator traps. Clearly stating no trespass! So can animals. So ya got nothing to gain or loose if choose picnic party on land or water and nest the area safe or prepared by host and enjoy the day all they have is the loss of you either way or stung in house by a wolf spider sad today! Or just say no thx I ain't got COVID but imma rent the movie and risk taking a shower and hit head as bugs like a octopus eat me or my mind if I fall and hit head or drown. Wow! But idk how that would help Ukraine.
