Western politicians are not doing enough to stop Putin so it is hard to be optimistic about the outcome of this war.

100% in agreement with Mr. Forbes. We are being naive about all this and have thereby created a very dangerous situation. It doesn't look good going forward.

Funny, I must have missed it, the part where he told us his investment portfolio percentage in the arms manufacturing industry.

I usually like what I hear from your Forbesie, but this time you have missed the mark by a mile. "Russia has superiority in manpower, tanks, artillery, missiles and aircraft" was the only correct statement you made.

How often do we hear about returning territories to Ukraine -- territories that voted overwhelmingly to leave Ukraine before this war started. These territories had been under attack by Kiev for their courage in standing up to a repressive government. Yet Forbes and others contend that forcing those people back under the thumbs of their oppressors is a victory. Victory for whom?

Ukraine has been given enough support to stay in the fight but not to win the war. It's painful to watch this war drags on for so long that could've ended much sooner had the West not been playing politics. Everyday more unnecessary suffering continues.

Steve Forbes, if you had any degree of military expertise, your opinions could have carried some weight. But if you are trying to influence the decision makers with your garble, you are like a barking dog with no bite.
Russia is not the same calibre as the adversaries that America destroyed in the past with the help of Nato, namely Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq etc. America has met with the wrath and power of Russia in the current war of Russia against American hegemony -- the craving to dictate to other countries and people how they must go about to please the hegemon America.

Mr Forbes is totally crazy. Why? Russian 6500 nuclear warheads.
