Jess Rowe - How has your experience been with intersectionality in the workplace?

In our "stories from work" series, we are asking Stanford alumni to speak on the inequalities, injustices, and other forms of racism or prejudices they have experienced in the workplace. We hope these narratives will bring light to these issues, as well as play a part in the education of current Stanford students from marginalized, underserved, or under-connected communities.
