Concise and clear. Thank you. It is tough to handle, when you see solid reformed 1689 baptist churches embracing R2K, but then they say they aren’t, while not even understand the position.

Part of the reason for why the kingdoms have been separated in the minds of many contemporary Christians is because they've bought into the lie of separation of religion and state.

There is not such thing as separation of religion and state except in the fertile imagination of those who believe in it or, worse, in the evil machinations of those who intend for only their wicked secular religion to dominate government and society.

There are no vacuums when it comes to legislated morality or what's, more often than not, immorality. Consequently, a nation's foundational ethical standard determines its God.

Thus, there is likewise no vacuums when it comes to religious-influenced governments, be it even Secular Humanism in its multifaceted forms, and it usually is.

When one understands that idolatry is not so much about statues as it is statutes, it becomes clear that all governments are theocratic (god ruled), serving either the true God or some false god, demonstrated by what laws they keep and consider the supreme law of the land.

Question: Were the governments in the Old Testament under the god Baal (or any other false god named in the Old Testament) theocracies?

Answer: Of course, they were.

Question: Was Baal (or any other god named in the Bible) real or were they merely ancient forms of We the People?

Answer: Merely ancient forms of We the People. See 1 Corinthians 8:4-6.

Consequently: "...There is no escaping theocracy [or theonomy]. A government’s laws reflect its morality, and the source of that morality (or, more often than not, immorality) is its god. It is never a question of theocracy or no theocracy, but whose theocracy. The American people, by way of their elected officials, are the source of the Constitutional Republic’s laws. Therefore, the Constitutional Republic’s god is WE THE PEOPLE.

"People recoil at the idea of a theocracy’s morality being forced upon them, but because all governments are theocracies, someone’s morality is always being enforced. This is an inevitability of government. The question is which god, theocracy, laws, and morality will we choose to live under?..."

The goal of the righteous is to surrender to God in all areas and resist evil in all areas.

Also adding to this false doctrine is not properly differentiating between church and ecclesia - not even close to the same thing:

"...How is it that the word “church” contributes to the gates of hell prevailing over today’s Christians—that is, to contemporary Christianity being subjugated under secular dominion and ruled by secular humanists?

"When you hear the word “church, ” what comes to mind? For most people, the word “church” means one of two things, depending upon the context:

1) A building they frequent once, twice, or three times a week in which to pray, sing praises, and listen to preaching.

2) The people who allegedly make up the church, aka the body of Christ, who frequent a building known as a church to do the things depicted in Option #1.

"What doesn’t come to mind is a community of believers in the fullest sense of the word—a biblical community established, not only on the Word of God, but also on the moral laws of God.14 When obedient to our ecclesia commission, these biblical communities will be established not on the Ten Commandments alone, but upon the Ten Commandments and their respective statutes explaining the Ten Commandments and their respective civil judgments enforcing the Ten Commandments and their statutes, adjudicated by biblically qualified men of God who are a continual blessing to the righteous and a perpetual terror to the wicked, per Exodus 18:21, Deuteronomy 4:5-8, Psalm 19:7-11, Romans 13:1-7, 15 etc.

"There is not a living person today who hears the word “church” and thinks of what’s depicted in the paragraph above. And yet this description represents the true meaning of the Greek word ecclesia, which has been tragically translated “church.”

"With that, it should be obvious how the word “church” has contributed to the defeat of Christendom—that is, Christians dominionizing society on behalf of their King. Just think what America would look like today if instead we were ecclesias (fully-developed Christian communities) rather than merely street-corner churches...."

I don't believe claims regarding gods. I hear the claims, but hear no convincing evidence. If there is an all powerful and all knowing god he should know how to convince everyone that he exists. The one who can do that is the one I will know exists.
