Hi 👋, one question, is the mobile version of Egwid better than square on basic plans ?

If I were to integrate Ecwid with my squarespace site:
1. Do I track my shopping cart/purchases and shipping activity in ecwid?
2. Do I create shipping labels in ecwid or squarespace?
3. Do I make new email notifications for shipping and delivery in ecwid or will people get the notifications from squarespace?
4. Do I need to choose a payment plan like the business plan to integrate if I have more than 10 products in my squarespace or can I use the free version of ecwid to integrate?

I sell many different products from Tshirts, sweatshirts, blankets, sports products, design services Do they allow you to add categories? Ive been on the internet for 3 hours now researching and all of the demo sites I've viewed through all different Ecomm platforms don't seem to have good options for categories that are easy for customers to just hit a dropdown at the top where you would put "shop" and they can choose what category they want to shop for if that makes sense. Trying to keep pricing down at first just to see how things go but seems maybe Ecwid may be a good option. Would the "Venture" plan work good for something like this? Thank you for the video!!

Thanks for the video. Quick Question... would Ecwid be suitable if I was to run a wholesale company and use my ipad for a door to door visit and take order? ie: will it help me create a proper invoicing instead of just receipt? Will it keep customer's record? past orders etc?

Hi Paul, I am a total novice to online sales, i even struggle with ebay! I have a question, i use sum up bank which offers a very basic website building software, it is simple but basic, i cannot add sub categories, and sub sub categories which is important. I think it is for those just selling a few different items, i however stock hundreds.
I read that ecwid can be tied in with this though so my bank acts as my payment gateway, and due to the nature of my business (smoking paraphernalia) it is hard to get payment facilities. Do you know if this is possible to combine ecwid with the sum up

With the free Equid site 10 products would be a good 1 product store. I've been selling Cambodian Silk using it. I wanted to ask can you add affiliate products with the free plan? Also how many free plan stores can you have?

Thank you for your tutorial. I am looking for a way to sell on my blog. I’ve gone through ~25 (+-) tutorials on how to add the woocommerce plugin to my blog.
If I understood you correctly: If I open a free online store with Ecwid (just for 10 items I crochet as a hobby) and add the ecwid plugin to my existing wordpress, it will give me less pain and headache than the woocommerce plugin?

what i liked is that you can try with 10 products for free...i also like that i can add the widget to an existing site that does not have a checkout or product...

I currently use Ecwid and have not been happy. I’m having tons of people starting checkout but no purchases. Speaking with Support they’re not sure why the customers who started checkout aren’t being registered. Meanwhile I’m still paying for the site. Not happy

Ecwid POS App stupidly does not support MS or Android....Apple only. Deal killer for us.
