Can i scheduled the meeting ? so someome told me they were setting up a meeting for next week and gave me the UN and PW but its not happening yet so can i save it so i can just click to join when its due to start rather than trying to find the message with the log in details

Hello, can you tell me if the host can join the scheduled meeting early to let people in from the waiting room, double check settings, etc, or does the meeting start when the host enters and starts counting against the 40 minutes? How can the host go in early? I can't find the answer anywhere. Thanks

Am I right in saying that by default if you click the link sent by the organiser you do not need to input ID and pass code? The pass code should be embedded within the meeting link. Unless prompted with pass code you automatically enter the meeting.
