2 : Durability = Rudy
3 : Intelligence = Indominus Rex easily gets this having pleasure in killing for sport and waiting for an ambush.
4. Battle Iq = Indominus Rex flipped over an ankylosaurus and figured out its weakspot easily, as well with the t-rex slashing at its head preventing the strongest part of its body to get a crunch on it and also bringing down a sauropod by the legs to make it fall down.
5 : Hax = Rudy
6 : Abilities = Indominus rex easily gets this as well, it can camoflauge and has heat vision as well as altering its body temperature
7 : Equipment = Rudy
8 : Stealth = Indominus rex ( Camoflauge + Altering body temperature )

Rudy being a lot bigger would still have been damaged by the hits of the indominus rex, but with the indominus rex not being that large, it would die.
