How to eat a Haitian mango, new and improved technique

I like Haitian mango in the US which is the closest one to the Ecuadorian variety we call mango de chupar ( mango to suck it up), very delicious

If it is a commercial variety be sure you wash the mango real well cos they put lots of chemicals for ripening and storing the mangoes.

It's not a new technique, in Ecuador there is a kind of mango which is more liquid than Haitian and we suck it up like you did.
