My build is extremely similar to yours, but instead of building a locket i build either a MR item or Randuins/Frozen heart. My problem is I don't really know in what order I should build items, and if I should get a frozen mallet as well?

Usually I just flat out rush warmogs before getting the armour for sunfire and components for cooldown reduction in shur. Is rushing warmogs - giants belt - ruby - health regen thing, wise, or even viable?
