Easy 3D Puddle Pour Spin Out - Was Yellow Now Blue

This is a wrecked puddle pour. It was done on an 18" x 24" level 3 gallery wrapped canvas. Puddles of Black and Yellow paint were originally poured in 4 puddles on top of each other and then a paint knife was used to draw lines through them to wreck the puddles. It was then spun out creating an interesting 3D design. I wasn't happy with it so decided to cover with something else. I did puddles in the center with different colors and then wrecked it with a palate knife and spun it out. I was much happier with the second attempt.

Aww I really liked the bumblebee yellow and black look! But the end result is cool too!

The blue one is definitely better! I love how 3d it is. I do agree with the other comment though, maybe if the puddles were closer together, it would have worked. Also, what would happen if you did the puddles like you did the first time, but with maybe browns and dark burgundy or something and then had blues and white between them like water rushing through and around cliff type things? I don't know what all happens when it gets spun out so maybe it wouldn't work at all, I don't know.

The first one was a good idea, but didn't execute quite like it should have. Maybe if you put the 4 puddles closer together before you spun. I was getting all excited about how that was going to look and then the spin lost all the design! Boo! Hahaha.
