I have my safe behind a puzzle too. My puzzle is a bit different though. Basically you have to figure out how to get passed the area without my cat ripping your head off.

Actually that beeping is pure genius!!!! It keeps catching the person off guard while trying to figure out the secret so eventually they will say screw it and leave it alone as they know that sound will wake you up. I bet it would also deter them as well and may leave the place thinking they woke the person up
