I don't know how many times I've come back to this clip. Kills me so much, everytime. This man is a genius.

“While I decide your fate, you live in the man drawer!” 😂😂😂

I've been a divorced single mother for 21 years, and my own man drawer holds EXACTLY what he describes -- with exception of his 1998 toaster instructions. I have the instructions from a 1999 blender that I don't even own anymore. I came across it about a week ago and did I throw it out? Nope. Why not? I honestly have no idea.

Additional items in the man drawer:
- A torch that doesn't work
- A box of thumb tacs that has spilled out all over the man drawer
- Spare buttons from shirts
- Tape
- Scissors
- Super glue
- Adaptors
- Old calculators
- Old watches
- Key rings nobody wants

Sooo true except for one thing - the drawer must always be emptied onto the bench to find said radiator bleeding key. And then all remaining contents swept back in and the drawer manhandled back into place in readiness for the next time an obscure/obsolete item is required!

We have such a drawer! It has paper packaging tape, 2 broken soldering rods, and a vintage Ateco Icing set (that hasn't worked since before I was born) among other things.

Funnier still, we moved houses in 1990. The contents of the drawer were taken out, transferred to a box, labeled and moved to the new house, then put back inside the same drawer.

We call it "the fornow drawer" because everything goes in it for now. Love Michael!!

One of the funniest clips I have ever heard. Keep this up and you should get knighted. A treasure of talent!

In America we call it the junk drawer. Many people have it in their kitchen. Yet there is a lot of stuff you never know you would find you need in the "junk drawer".

My uncle has so much of this kind of rubbish, he doesn't have a 'Man Drawer', he had to upgrade to a 'Man Cupboard'

We have such a drawer as well, and my mum (who’s from the southern part of Germany) calls it “Kruschdelkramschrank”. Kruschdel=rummage about; Kram=stuff, small things; Schrank=cupboard.
It’s such fun making guests pronounce it!

This whole time I've just been thinking about the man drawer in my house and mentally checking things off as he speaks

Yes, yes! We also have this drawer in our kitchen. It's the deepest drawer in the house and EVERY spare thing is in there, including a HUGE folder of appliance instructions (some of them actually current) and partnerless items like lost earrings, spare corks, little rubber grommets, those allen wrenches assorted sizes, foreign currency from most of Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America... except spare socks. Lonely socks have their own drawer in the laundry.

We call it 'the draw that keeps giving'. It has things like old batteries, philips and flathead screwdrivers, maybe a 10 or 13 mm spanner, shoelaces, light bulbs, the list goes on. If you're looking for something small and not commonly used in our house, the refrain is always ' have you checked in the draw that keeps giving?'.
