Glengarriff & our silver wedding anniversary

We departed from Dunboy bay, passed through the channel between mainland Cork and Bere island to be joined numerous times by dolphins as we traversed up Bantry bay to take up a mooring in the beautiful Glengarriff which means rugged glen. This is also where the Irish cruising association was formed in the 1920s.
We celebrate our silver (25th) wedding anniversary with a gift from my parents.
