Donald Trump declared victory in the US election on stage in West Palm Beach, Florida, pledging to bring a 'golden age' to the United States.

After winning the key battleground states of North Carolina, Georgia and Pennsylvania, Trump is on the brink of making a shock return to the White House. His running mate, JD Vance, added that 'we just witnessed the greatest political comeback in the history' of the US. Several world leaders have already congratulated Trump
