Try driving a Winnebago down I-25 in a snow storm with a 40 mph cross winds. That is an adrenaline filled adventure. Driving a McLaren in a straight line on a closed course...not so much.

Apparently the speed limiter on the 720S and other mclarens adjusts the maximum speed based off of conditions. That's why some people hit 208, whereas others hit 218. 212 mph is the usual limit.
