This is not the usual friendship. It is a bond between a mentor and a mentee. Meet 84-year-old industrialist Ratan Tata and his special friend 28-year-old Shantanu Naidu who share their passion for society.

As Tata attended Shantanu's start-up 'Goodfellows' inaugural ceremony, we revisited the bond between the two.

This seems to be like Grand-father and Grand-son relationship, not just Sr and Jr or Boss and Assistant. Both are lucky to have such colleagues.

Lots of thanks to Shantanu who really cares for Sir Ratan Tata being his assistant. He is only assistant by profession but reality they both have strong bonding than any relationship. I like his compassion towards dogs . We want such more social worker.

Having the opportunity to be with ratan tata and to learn from his many decades of experience... this guy is more valuable than any CEO in the industry.... after his gig with tata ends... if he chooses to... any company will hire him for any role at any cost....

what a heart warming story....but no surprise as one of the most remarkable human beings on this I am so so very sorry to see that Ratan Tataji has aged so much, which seems as a result of some debilitating illness. Imagine how much greater, morally richer, and more ethically sound in business India can become IF ONLY THERE WERE MORE PEOPLE READY TO FOLLOW THE EXAMPLE OF THIS MAN OF SUCH INTEGRITY. All Blessings to him

You don’t have to be blood related to get in touch and work for a noble cause. How lucky is that youngster to gain a grand father like Ratan Tata. Definitely a noble soul🙏🏻🙏🏻

The startups of the boy are really good and unique too. For stray dogs to elderly care. Good initiatives.

Education... When you study and are taught morals in school this is what happens.
Not when you do religion.
Always support initiatives for new schools and colleges and NGOs for the strays, the world needs more of them
