Costa who could have questioned PF, , even ecz exams feared to question malanji, , secondly coast the equivalent is GCE or gabridge certificate because before 1984 we used to have England gabridge exams and not ecz exams, , infact eczexams were just stamping saying let them go to court just to jave the matter move away from them
